We know that this is an incredibly difficult time for everyone, as we each have different experiences of this pandemic. This virus has impacted on every element of our daily lives and has meant that we have all had to change our routines. As adults, it has been hard to make sense of and so we can only imagine how confusing this has potentially been for our children.
It’s therefore important that we nurture our children’s wellbeing and do all that we can to help them feel happy and safe, even if we’re not feeling that way ourselves!
