On behalf of the team here at St John’s CE Primary School I would like to welcome you to our website, where I hope you will find everything you need to know about our school. We are a one-form entry primary school welcoming children from the age of 2 years 9 months to age 11. St John’s is committed to providing a strong Christian ethos which is at the heart of all that we do as a school. We pride ourselves on our family feel, our inclusivity and our ambition for all children to become successful learners and caring citizens.

At our school we want children to try hard, believe in themselves and achieve whatever they dream to achieve. In return, we strive to provide the best possible opportunities, both inside and outside the classroom for children to enjoy and learn from. We believe that every child has potential and we work with them to help them achieve their best in their personal, social, emotional, spiritual, intellectual and physical development.

In July 2017 we came together with two other local schools – St Andrew’s CE Primary School and Beechcroft St Paul’s CE Primary School to join with 10 other primary schools in The Diocese of Salisbury Academy Trust. For more details on the multi-academy trust click here.

You will see a glimpse of what life is like at St John’s as you explore our website. If you would like to visit the school, meet the staff and find out more please get in touch.

Best wishes,

Amanda Aze
