Governance
A warm welcome from the school governors. St Johns school staff and children are supported by its governing body, comprised of parents, our local churches and members of the local community.
We support staff and the Academy as they set the strategic direction and plan and implement their annual Academy Improvement Plan for the school. We hold leaders to account for the performance of the school, and help create the safe and nurturing environment that allows us to grow and learn together.
Our role is to be a critical friend, who offers support and advice and is involved in the wider life of the school.

Diocese of Salisbury Academy Trust (DSAT) Scheme of Delegation
We are members of the Diocese of Salisbury Academy Trust and the governance of the Trust belongs to the main DSAT Board. Our Scheme of Delegation also includes our Constitution and Terms of Reference. Paper copies can be obtained through the school office or by using the contact us option on this website.
