Welcome to the PTA section of our website!

The PTA is made up of a group of parents/carers and other family members who organise fund raising events such as discos, film nights, and school fayres to raise money to support the extras for all children attending St John's School.

Funds raised have provided play equipment such as the Key Stage 1 Trim Trail, The Pirate Ship Play area, funds to contribute towards key events such as the Year 6 3 Day Primary College Event which takes place each year and theatre company visits such as the Christmas Theatre Production that visits the school each year.  Significant contributions have also enriched the school library with new books, ultimately a few  hours of voluntary support make a big difference to what we can offer children at St John's School.

We need your help! Sometimes parents/carers worry that they won't be able to commit to a lot of hours to support - we understand this.  What is usually needed is a couple of hours help every now and again.  Every little bit makes a big difference.

If you can offer to get involved in an event as a one off or something every now and again that would be amazing.  

It's also a great way to get to know new people and make friends. If you can offer some support every now and again please get in touch- we'd love to hear from you.
