  • Attendance Awards

    Fri 27 May 2022

At St John's we like to celebrate attendance.  As a compassionate and caring school we recognise that children sometimes get poorly or have hospital medical appointments for ongoing medical issues which cannot be avoided.

With this in mind we try to be as inclusive as possible and award children who have an attendance percentage between 96-100% every half term!  This means that all children start back each half term with 100% attendance, giving them as much opportunity to be included in our awards scheme.

The best way to help your child achieve great attendance is to book non-emergency appointments outside of the school day and any holidays outside of term time.

With us working together, we will improve the standards that our children achieve and provide them with better chances for life.

Today we were able to celebrate in a whole school assembly.  Well done to this half term's raffle winners!
